  3. Sirelo: An independent moving platform, especially designed for today's moving customer. Here customers, can find all types of useful moving information, including access to moving company profiles and reviews.

TriGlobal was founded in 2004 and proudly connects over 200,000 customers with movers around the world each year. Our team comprises of 25 passionate and skilled people, and we now partner in over 70 countries.

The Mover Portal is a private SaaS web portal for moving companies to use (and make changes) to TriGlobal’s products.

In your Mover Portal, you can:

  • Manage your Sirelo profile information
  • Reply to customer reviews (for free)
  • Promote your brand with our Sirelo widget and the Review Invite functionality (free)
  • Oversee your paid subscriptions (Leads & Conversion Tools)
  • Chat live with our team

Sirelo

Sirelo is an independent moving platform, especially designed for today's moving customer. Customers can find all types of useful moving information, including access to moving company profiles and reviews.

Sirelo provides moving companies with a unique opportunity to increase their online trustworthiness and generate free quote request by making sure their profile is up-to-date, attractive and by showcasing and replying to honest (and verified) reviews from their customers.

Each moving company in the industry is listed per country. Sirelo remains an independent source, regardless of any potential partnership a company shares with TriGlobal.

All aspects of your Sirelo profile can be managed from this Mover Portal, including the ability to respond to reviews. Simply go to the specific review and click “Reply”. Your reviews can be found in the Sirelo section here.

It is also easy to invite customers that used your service to leave a review by using the Review Invite functionality (for free). Click here for quick access.

Sirelo functions as an independent platform where consumers are free to share their experiences with moving companies.

We verify reviews before they are published on Sirelo. You can find our review policy on the different Sirelo domains.

If a review is published it cannot be removed or changed.

Sirelo provides a Review Invite functionality. It's designed to help you collect reviews for your profile. Access the functionality here.

It's simple to use, just customise the email template, enter your customers’ details, and send away!

My Leads Account

The “My Leads” section of your Mover Portal shows all the leads you have received in the last 90 days. This includes the paid leads from your subscription, the free leads received from your Sirelo profile, plus the Reward leads you redeemed in the Mover Portal.

Available on business days, between 9.00-17.30 Netherlands (CET).

You can temporarily pause your account which will automatically suspend the flow of leads from the starting date selected. You can manage this from your Mover Portal here.

Pauses are intended for use in emergencies, holidays, or extremely busy periods. Each partner has 60 pause days available per calendar year, and pauses can be set up for a period of 1 up to 20 days at a time.

Reward Leads

Reward leads are leads that have not yet been shared with 5 moving companies and are therefore available to movers to purchase with credits. Please note that once 5 movers have received the lead, it will no longer be available for other movers to purchase. Reward leads are available for a maximum of 24 hours and are available to all our partners.

You earn credits for every lead you buy from us. You can use these credits to purchase reward leads. Your credits are valid for a minimum of 30 days. The number of credits received per lead is based on the size of each lead, as indicated below:

  • Baggage Lead: 4 credits
  • Partial Household Lead: 8 credits
  • Complete Household Lead: 12 credits

Credits are added as soon as soon as you purchase a regular lead.

The Reward Leads functionality is available to every partner currently receiving the paid lead service. Please note that it may occur that no free leads are available in your area due to the demand for leads at that time. The functionality is disabled in case of overdue invoices or pauses.

GDPR

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a new EU law that focuses on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union. It concerns all companies that work with European citizens. Concerning TriGlobal specifically, that means it affects all of our worldwide partners, both European and non-European, as you receive data and personal information from European online consumers, and this information is generated from TriGlobal’s online advertising.

This is a standard European-wide policy, which is governed by law. Hence, your compliance is expected. Unfortunately, non-compliance means that TriGlobal is unable to provide the consequent services.
